University of Bristol Incubator
Full incubator service package for up to 5 companies.

Early stage focus – link to University technology base. Full incubator service package for up to 15 companies.
Bristol Science Park
Planning is in the works for a new science park at Emerson’s Green, Bristol; a project in which the Universities’ of Bristol and Bath are heavily involved. Permission has been granted for 800,000 square feet of high technology accommodation on a 63 acre green field site at Emerson’s Green. The park will create a vibrant high technology cluster, which will link to the universities. The universities’ initial involvement will be through a 15,000 sq ft Academic Innovation Centre, the second phase of which may include category 2 biotech laboratories.
University of Exeter Innovation Centre
This is a partnership venture between the University of Exeter, Abbey Manor Group, Exeter City Council, Devon County Council, Business Link and the South West of England Regional Development Agency. It covers a 15000sq ft facility, and located on the university campus. Biotech, software advanced engineering, internet companies.
The accommodation and services it provides create an environment suitable for the development of bioscience companies. The units offer managed office space and access to business support services. Spin-out companies from the Universities are welcomed and benefit from access to world class research and high calibre students.
Knowledge Spa, Cornwall
is a unique new £14m venture based at the front of the Royal Cornwall Hospital site in Truro. The Spa aims to provide the most modern, innovative and highest quality facilities available for the health professions in the UK
Plymouth International Business Park
is a major new 33 acre initiative from the South West RDA. Plans include the creation of a medical park of international calibre and one of the largest hospital and research complexes in Europe. The site is adjacent to Derriford Hospital and adjacent to the Tamar Science Park and the Peninsula Medical School.
Tamar Science Park
Formed by Plymouth City Council, the University of Plymouth and Prosper *Business Link Cornwall). 45 tenant companies, 50% involved in biotechnology or healthcare. The site provides 78 units of various sizes for the use of science and technology orientated companies and includes the Innovation and technical transfer Centre (ITTC) building and the second incubator unit (ITTC2)
Tetricus, Porton Down, Salisbury
Tetricus Ltd is a bio-incubation unit located on the Porton Down Science Park near Salisbury. It currently provides a mixture of serviced office and laboratory accommodation for biotechnology companies looking to develop. A fully customisable mentoring service is available to clients.
Winfrith Technology Park, Dorset
is part of a purpose built location for advanced scientific and technical services.
